Notice of acceptting internet banking as a payment method for paying application fees

Starting from 1 January 2021, The Chinese Embassy in New Zealand will accept internet banking as a payment method for paying application fees.

1.Please follow the instructions below when making payment over internet

1).Apply via post or couirer

We will send you an acknowledgement email with payment instructions once we’ve received your application package and accepted for processing. Payment is not required at time when you send your application but you must make the payment as soon as you’ve received the acknowledgement email.

2).Apply in person

If you wish to have your documents returned to you by post or courier, application fee can be paid through internet banking at the time when you submit your application at the office.

3).Account details

Account Name: Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in New Zealand

Account Numbers: 02-0500-0543511-25

Bank: BNZ

4).To ensure we can identify your payment, you will need to make sure you enter the following details in the reference fields:

Particular: pick up form numbers

Code: type of application (VISA, RZ)

Reference: your fullname

2.The other payment methods remain unchanged. You still can pay your fees by credit card, EFTPOS, Wechat Pay, and Alipay at the time when you collect your documents at the office.
